Our Shortcut Key tables list actions in Outlook 97/98/2000 that have been assigned to keystrokes. Scroll down and see if there isn't a shortcut for that action that you perform every time you use Outlook. Remember, using the keyboard is nearly always faster than using the mouse.

And don't forget that the keystroke shortcuts for working with windows, menus, toolbars, dialog boxes, and text boxes, and the keystroke shortcuts for working with the Office Assistant listed in our tables of Office Shortcut Keys also work in Outlook.
